Accounting Officer

About the Role

- Perform daily accounting functions including accounts receivable & payable, expense reimbursement, cheque payment, closings, schedules, cashflow, filing, data entries, etc
- Compile monthly reports regarding operations and accounts for management to review
- Issue invoice, contract status updated independently
- Complete ad-hoc assignments


- Form 5 or above and LCCI or equivalent; or Higher Diploma in Accounting
- Relevant experience in accounting work and internal audit is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Experience in Microsoft Office; particular in Word and Excel
- Knowledge and experience in handling accounting entries and preparing a full set of accounts
- Familiarity with Accounting software; experience with sage 50 would be an advantage
- An independent and self-motivated individual
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
